As we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn’t supposed to ever let us down, probably will. You’ll have your heart broken and you’ll break others’ hearts. You’ll fight with your best friend or maybe even fall in love with them, and you’ll cry because time is flying by. So take too many pictures, laugh too much, forgive freely, and love like you’ve never been hurt. Life comes with no guarantees, no time outs, no second chances. you just have to live life to the fullest, tell someone what they mean to you and tell someone off, speak out, dance in the pouring rain, hold someone’s hand, comfort a friend, fall asleep watching the sun come up, stay up late, be a flirt, and smile until your face hurts. Don’t be afraid to take chances or fall in love and most of all, live in the moment because every second you spend angry or upset is a second of happiness you can never get back.

Tuesday’s Lower Body Workout.
Tuesday’s Legs Workouts
Lunges 65lbs Across a floor that measures 60ft across. When then have to turn around and walk across again. So that measures at 120 ft.
Squats 3×8 225lbs
Romanian dead lifts 3×12 50lbs
Calf Raises 3×25 245lbs
Bulgarian squats 3×8 90
Jumping squats 3×12 65
Squats I may need to change once I go back to the gym. I recently found I’m not using proper form and my weight may need to drop a little bit…
No worries though.

Know your limits?
I don’t want to know what my limits are. I can’t trust myself. I can’t gauge what I can or can’t do all the time and I don’t want to. I want to be able to do whatever movement I want. That’s how free I want to be. I don’t want limitations. I won’t allow what my mind thinks my body can do to judge my training. I’ve already done so much I didn’t “think” I can do. That’s proof enough the only person truly holding my back from becoming my best is myself. It’s starts inside.

Monday’s Workout
Bench press 3×8 155
Lat pull down 3×8 120
Lineman press 3×8 45
Tricep pull down 3×8 100
Curls 3×8 75
Upright row 3×8 75
This is actually my first time dealing with actual weights. I’ve always used my body weight along it my weighted vest for conditioning. However after a month of weightlifting I have to say I love it. I’m still using body weight for certain exercises such as my planche progressions that I’ve been working on as well as handstands. I feel I should add more varsity to my workout, but for now I’m just sticking with these…
